      What is Required (Qualifications):

      - High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred
      - Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Active Life & Health insurance license is strongly preferred
      - Previous experience in health insurance or life insurance is a plus
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
