      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Conduct daily internal department status meetings and manage supplier visits
      - Monitor and micromanage critical supplier performance and continuous improvement activities
      - Escalate issues related to supplier underperformance and manage reporting based on supplier KPIs
      - Ensure logistical qualification activities are completed for supplier launches and series capability
      - Provide support during high-stress production situations, coordinating logistics and material control

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - BA/BS degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or Psychology, or equivalent experience (4 years) in a related area
      - Minimum of 4 years' experience in logistics, including supply chain planning and material control
      - Strong verbal and written communication skills
      - Proven ability to work effectively under stress and develop relationships with suppliers
      - Advanced knowledge of systems such as SAP, SCQ Ample, LPKM, GIS, and B2B

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Supply Chain/Industrial Engineering degree
      - 5+ years of experience in logistics with the ability to train others
      - Experience with Supplier qualification tools such as RGA/RMT and LOPA
      - Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing principles and VPS
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially PowerPoint and Excel
