What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage the full retail lifecycle, including purchase order management, routing, distribution, and returns
- Ensure compliance with routing guides, labeling, ASN/EDI, and ship window requirements
- Partner with 3PL and transportation providers to execute shipments On-Time, In-Full (OTIF)
- Own performance tracking for assigned retailer partners and drive corrective actions
- Identify root causes of service or cost issues and implement improvements
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 5+ years of experience in retail logistics, wholesale operations, or omni-channel supply chain
- Strong understanding of retail compliance requirements, OTIF metrics, and chargeback management
- Proven ability to automate processes and drive measurable improvements in cost and delivery performance
- Proficiency with ERP/WMS systems (NetSuite preferred) and strong Excel/Google Sheets skills
- Experience supporting retail operations across North America
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience working with large national retailers (e.g., Amazon, Target, Walmart)
- LATAM experience is a plus
- Analytical and systems-oriented mindset with strong attention to detail
- Ability to thrive in a fast-moving, high-growth environment
