What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage top luxury accounts and build relationships to accelerate growth
- Serve as the luxury educator for the employer’s brands and manage related events, partnerships, and sponsorships
- Enhance brand awareness and support through effective storytelling and sales expertise
- Travel within Las Vegas and Nevada for account management and team meetings
- Establish lasting connections with customers and consumers in the luxury market
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 3-5 years of experience in a related wine & spirits or luxury role, with at least one year in the assigned market
- Established relationships within the on and off-premise channels, including bartenders and key decision-makers
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage audiences effectively
- Strong budget management and organizational skills
- Valid driver's license
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Knowledge of the alcohol spirits industry 3-tier system
- Experience collaborating with CPG brand marketing and sales teams
- Familiarity with managing third-party agencies
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to manage complex markets and achieve business objectives
