      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Assist in developing a culture aligned with the organization's vision, mission, and values
      - Support the Store Manager in achieving optimal financial performance and exceeding customer expectations
      - Monitor daily store performance and key performance indicators, collaborating with the Store Manager on resolutions
      - Ensure effective execution of merchandising and marketing plans, including inventory receiving and customer service
      - Foster open communication among staff to enhance morale and conflict resolution

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's Degree or a minimum of 2 years of related experience; supervisory experience preferred
      - General knowledge of key retail metrics and consumer product trends
      - Strong interpersonal skills for building relationships with store personnel and corporate leadership
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and inventory/POS software
      - Ability to manage multiple projects efficiently while maintaining a superior customer experience

      - Proven ability to lead and develop associates through effective coaching
      - Familiarity with safety and security protocols in a retail setting
