      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead and develop a team of Customer Success Managers to drive product activation, adoption, retention, and expansion
      - Build and maintain an operating rhythm for account health, risk assessment, and action planning
      - Coach team members on value-driven customer interactions using analytical tools
      - Collaborate with Sales, Support, Marketing, and Product teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
      - Utilize data insights to prioritize accounts and provide targeted coaching and performance management

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 5+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or B2B sales in a recurring-revenue or subscription business
      - 2+ years of experience in people management, specifically leading Customer Success Managers or account managers
      - Proven track record of driving customer adoption, retention, and growth through structured plans
      - Ability to operate effectively in a multi-product environment
      - Strong analytical skills to set priorities based on relevant metrics

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in the real estate industry is a plus, but not required
      - Familiarity with structured account plans and value-based customer conversations
      - Proven ability to lead teams through change and evolving business structures
