      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage a portfolio of existing, "live" customers on the SmarterDx platform
      - Develop deep relationships with customers at all levels, acting as the trusted advisor
      - Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and facilitate solutions
      - Monitor client performance, report on financial impact, and drive product expansion
      - Deliver customer feedback to internal teams and advocate for solutions and product enhancements

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 3-5+ years of experience in customer success or account management with hospital and/or health system clients
      - Essential experience in hospital revenue cycle operations
      - Strong troubleshooting skills and radical ownership of problem resolution
      - Excellent written and verbal communication skills
      - Ability to thrive in ambiguous roles and use critical thinking skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Prior experience at a startup, especially as an early member of a new Customer Success team
      - Experience using Jira to create and manage tasks and issues
      - Strong experience with data analytics
