      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop, implement, and manage procedures for processing human subject research protocols in compliance with regulations
      - Plan and coordinate IRB review and follow-up activities
      - Serve as a liaison between research investigators and reviewers, educating them on relevant regulations
      - Review complex research protocols and ensure timely processing of submissions
      - Assist HRPP leadership in audits, compliance, and quality assurance activities

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Master of Science degree and three years of relevant experience, or equivalent education and experience
      - Minimum of three years of experience in clinical research
      - Comprehensive knowledge of regulatory requirements related to human/animal research
      - Strong verbal and written communication skills with an understanding of federal and state laws
      - Significant knowledge of research procedures, medical terminology, and protocol management

      - Experience with electronic submission platforms and data management systems
      - Knowledge of process improvement tools and methodologies
      - Demonstrated leadership skills to align with organizational vision and strategy
