      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing customers to enhance customer retention and loyalty
      - Develop and implement strategies to attract new customers and identify new market opportunities
      - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling value propositions for customers
      - Accurately forecast and track sales performance against established targets and prepare regular sales reports
      - Lead, manage, and mentor Business Development Managers and Account Development Managers to drive sales growth

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred
      - Minimum of 5 years of successful experience in a sales role, preferably in a B2B environment
      - Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and achieving revenue growth
      - Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and other sales tools
      - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Successful application of Miller Heiman Strategic Selling and Large Account Management Training or similar strategic sales model
      - Experience in driving customer intimacy and enhancing customer service
