What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Support Operations Control Account Managers (CAMs) in Earned Value Management (EVM) of hardware and associated support costs
- Prepare baselines, maintain performance reports, and create Estimates at Complete (EAC)
- Investigate variances to plan and provide insightful analysis of financial data
- Establish partnerships with Manufacturing Program Managers (MPMs) to communicate financial program health
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to support business decisions and outcomes
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Solid understanding of Earned Value Management concepts
- Established analytical, organizational, communication, and social skills
- Advanced Excel skills
- Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to balance conflicting priorities
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in Deltek Earned Value Management (EVM) tool suite (Cobra, OpenPlan & PMCompass)
- Familiarity with SAP PM1 and Program Performance Management Process (PPMP)
- Demonstrated collaborative nature and willingness to seek growth assignments
