What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Gather and analyze data on healthcare market trends, patient demographics, and competitive activities
- Conduct quantitative and qualitative market research, including survey design and analysis
- Prepare and present comprehensive reports on market intelligence findings to senior leadership
- Monitor competitors' activities and conduct SWOT analysis to identify business opportunities
- Develop and maintain AI agents to facilitate data access and knowledge sharing
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or a related field required
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in market intelligence, market research, or data analysis, preferably in healthcare
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, SPSS, SAS)
- Experience building and maintaining AI tools and synthetic users
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Master's Degree in a related field preferred
- Certification in AI tools and experience with data visualization platforms
- Strong storytelling skills to present complex data clearly
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Experience in a highly matrixed organization
