What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Own the full affiliate lifecycle, including sampling strategy, outreach, onboarding, and ongoing communications
- Manage sample requests and fulfillment tracking for efficient allocation
- Track key program metrics and build reporting dashboards to inform decisions
- Identify top-performing affiliates and collaborate on content opportunities
- Stay informed on TikTok Shop trends and best practices in creator culture
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 1-2 years of experience in marketing, e-commerce, influencer/affiliate marketing, or a related field (internships count)
- Strong analytical skills and comfort with spreadsheets
- Excellent communication skills with a knack for relationship-building
- Self-starter attitude with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with TikTok Shop, creator culture, or affiliate marketing platforms is a plus
