      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Own project management for account onboarding and integration
      - Build comprehensive project maps and plans for onboarding initiatives
      - Partner directly with the COO and CEO on quarterly strategic planning
      - Serve as the central Project Manager for Rev Ops requests
      - Own and maintain project management tooling, such as ClickUp or Asana

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Experience as an Executive Project Manager, Senior PM, or Program Manager
      - Proven track record in supporting 8-figure (or larger) businesses with complex initiatives
      - Advanced project management experience with a solid understanding of resource allocation and capacity planning
      - Hands-on experience with project management software, specifically ClickUp or Asana
      - Ability to explain project planning processes, including Gantt charts and roadmap visualization

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience working directly under a COO or executive leadership team
      - Familiarity with breaking initiatives into strategy, workstreams, milestones, and tasks
      - Comfort with managing capacity and facilitating tradeoff decisions
      - Enthusiasm for visual planning tools and timelines
      - Ability to thrive in a high-intensity, high-growth sales-led environment
