      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Conduct outreach to providers via phone, fax, mail, and electronic medical record systems for medical records collection
      - Load medical records and reports into the Healthcare Effectiveness Data and Information Set (HEDIS) application
      - Support annual HEDIS audits by organizing provider outreach and the collection of medical records
      - Provide project management support by coordinating the pursuit and collection of required data
      - Participate in meetings with vendors regarding the medical record collection process

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - At least 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in an administrative support role within a healthcare setting
      - Valid and unrestricted driver's license, reliable transportation, and adequate auto insurance for job-related travel
      - Excellent customer service and active listening skills
      - Proficiency with data analysis tools, such as Excel
      - Strong verbal and written communication skills, including professional phone etiquette

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Registered Health Information Technician (RHIT) certification
      - Experience in medical records collection
      - Familiarity with managed care environments
      - Basic knowledge of Healthcare Effectiveness Data Information Set (HEDIS) and National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA)
      - Experience in project planning
