What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Process scanned medical records using proprietary software, ensuring accuracy and productivity
- Monitor performance metrics and work towards individual goals
- Participate in structured training sessions and ongoing team meetings via Zoom
- Maintain a distraction-free home workspace to optimize productivity
- Assist in improving the efficiency of healthcare documentation through technology
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or GED
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to make quick informed decisions
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks and work on a computer for an entire shift
- Minimum internet speed of 50 megabits download and 10 megabits upload
- Designated workspace with a wired internet connection for equipment setup
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with medical records is helpful but not required
- Familiarity with healthcare technology and documentation processes
