What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Make a minimum of 75 outbound calls daily to build and strengthen relationships with healthcare professionals
- Manage and track activities through CRM systems (Acumatica/HubSpot)
- Prospect for new business through cold and warm calling
- Nurture existing accounts and re-engage past customers to expand facility partnerships
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless support and achieve sales targets
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma required; college degree preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Self-motivated with a drive to exceed expectations and thrive in a performance-based environment
