What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and execute strategies within key accounts in the Dermatology therapeutic area
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals and patient advocacy groups
- Collaborate with regional colleagues and other teams to address customer needs
- Analyze market dynamics to develop strategies supporting brand objectives
- Engage in initiatives to promote sales success at industry-related congresses and medical conferences
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree; a Master's degree or advanced certifications are a plus
- At least 5 years of pharmaceutical sales experience, with a minimum of 2 years in the Immunology market or similar specialty market
- Proven track record of success in complex markets across diverse customer segments
- Ability to travel and cover large geographic territories
- Strong ethical values and compliance in sales practices
