      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Maintain the employer's credentialing system to ensure data is current, accurate, and valid
      - Compile initial provider credentialing applications and set up provider files in the credentialing system
      - Monitor applications and follow up with providers, notifying facilities and leadership of completed applications
      - Track required provider documents by their renewal dates and receive updated documents from providers
      - Communicate professionally with all staff, providers, and provider offices to ensure the highest level of customer service

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Associates Degree or equivalent experience required
      - Minimum of two (2) years of experience in medical staff credentialing
      - Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
      - Experience with VerityStream (or CredentialStream) preferred
      - Certified Provider Credentialing Specialist (CPCS) preferred
