      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Assist senior care partners in enrolling new resident members and discussing plan benefits
      - Educate members on the plan and provide high-quality customer service
      - Resolve member and provider issues, escalating unresolved matters as necessary
      - Actively market the plan to new senior care partners within the service area
      - Conduct individual meetings and small group presentations in compliance with CMS and state guidelines

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Tennessee/Kentucky State Health Insurance License required
      - Two-year associate/technical degree, bachelor's degree, or relevant experience in direct sales and account management
      - Experience working with the senior population preferred
      - Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
      - Excellent interpersonal communication skills and ability to work independently

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in direct sales and account management within the healthcare sector
      - Proven track record of achieving sales goals and managing market territories
      - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
      - Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
      - Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions
