      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Build and execute sales and/or marketing strategies aligned with revenue, pipeline, and brand objectives
      - Own end-to-end go-to-market planning, including positioning, messaging, channel strategy, and campaign execution
      - Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to support retention, renewals, upsell, and cross-sell initiatives
      - Lead demand generation and pipeline acceleration efforts across various digital channels
      - Partner cross-functionally with product, operations, finance, and customer success to enhance customer experience and outcomes

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Economics, or a related field (MBA or relevant certifications are a plus)
      - 5-12+ years of progressive experience across sales, marketing, or commercial roles (mid-senior level)
      - Demonstrated success in delivering measurable outcomes such as revenue growth and customer acquisition
      - Proficiency with CRM and marketing automation systems, such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo, and Google Analytics
      - Strong skills in stakeholder management, communication, and influencing across teams and senior leaders

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with analytics/reporting tools such as Looker, Tableau, or Power BI
      - Familiarity with ad platforms like Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, or Meta Ads
      - Previous experience mentoring and guiding team members in a professional setting
