      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Order initial disclosures and re-disclosures in compliance with RESPA, TILA, MDIA, ECOA, HMDA, and TRID regulations
      - Add signed documents to the eFolder in the lending software
      - Perform post-closing reviews on completed loan files
      - Prepare and maintain daily status reports for disclosure due dates for loan originators
      - Comply with all policies, procedures, security requirements, and regulatory guidelines

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma or GED
      - Minimum of 2 years of experience in loan processing
      - An equivalent combination of education and experience can be considered in lieu of a degree
      - Strong organizational, problem-solving, and prioritization skills
      - Proficiency in MS Office and lending software

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Understanding of real estate lending forms, disclosure requirements, TRID regulations, and mortgage closing procedures
      - Ability to review detailed fee itemizations and ensure compliance accuracy
      - Familiarity with federal and state real estate lending regulations
      - Basic accounting skills and a high level of attention to detail
      - Experience handling confidential information securely
