      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Review and analyze medical records and claim file documents to prepare allocation reports
      - Communicate effectively with internal teams and customers regarding allocation reports and compliance questions
      - Ensure thorough documentation and data entry for medical cost projections
      - Provide rationale for allocations and identify opportunities for mitigation
      - Maintain confidentiality and security of all medical records received and reviewed

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 3-5 years of experience with Workers' Compensation or Liability claims
      - Bachelor’s Degree, Juris Doctorate (JD), or Registered Nurse (RN) License with clinical experience, or a Paralegal Certificate
      - Claims management experience or MSA Analyst experience
      - Proficiency with MS Office Suite and accurate typing skills
      - Excellent telephone demeanor and ability to work flexible hours based on work demands

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in claims management or as an MSA Analyst
      - Clinical nursing experience in addition to a nursing degree
      - Additional certifications relevant to the healthcare claims field
