What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Research and secure necessary permits for facility placement and construction
- Negotiate easements and right of entry agreements with property owners
- Assist with lease negotiations and related documentation
- Support special projects and initiatives to meet organizational goals
- Manage vendor and risk management tasks, including scheduling and customer service
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Associate degree (or higher) -OR- 2+ years of professional work experience
- 2+ years of experience in Voice, Data, or Video networking -OR- 6+ months of technical internship experience
- Demonstrated experience in permitting
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Excel, and Word
- Ability to organize, track, and report on multiple tasks simultaneously
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Technical knowledge of Real Estate Law, Land Surveying, Project Management, GIS, Telecommunications, Engineering, and Construction
- Experience utilizing ESRI GIS Software for mapping and geodatabase maintenance
- Familiarity with writing Python scripts and building complex queries
- Strong interpersonal skills for building professional relationships with diverse stakeholders
