      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Research and prepare necessary permits for facility placement, including utility pole attachments and easements
      - Negotiate and secure rights of entry agreements and leases with property owners
      - Assist with special projects and initiatives to support operational goals
      - Manage vendor and risk management tasks, including metrics and reporting
      - Maintain GIS databases and records for compliance and tracking purposes

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Associate degree or higher, or 2+ years of professional work experience
      - Minimum of 3 years experience in voice, data, or video networking
      - Demonstrated experience in permitting processes
      - Technical knowledge in Real Estate Law, Land Surveying, Project Management, or Telecommunications
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office software, including Outlook, Excel, and Word

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with ESRI GIS Software and the ability to write python scripts
      - Familiarity with AutoCAD and other project management tools
      - Strong negotiation skills and ability to build productive relationships with diverse stakeholders
      - Capability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
