      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Drive sales performance to meet or exceed forecasts within assigned territory through in-person and virtual engagements with healthcare professionals
      - Develop and maintain superior product and disease state knowledge to educate healthcare professionals on clinical evidence and product efficacy
      - Utilize assigned budgets effectively to achieve territory objectives while ensuring compliance with company guidelines
      - Create and implement local business plans in collaboration with the District Manager and key stakeholders
      - Provide timely and accurate administrative management of sales activities, including reporting and communication responses

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
      - Minimum of 1 year of documented success in B2B sales; previous experience in pharmaceuticals, biologics, or medical device sales preferred
      - Strong desire and passion for improving patient lives and acting with integrity
      - Excellent verbal, presentation, and listening skills
      - Ability to adapt to changing environments and analyze data to assess progress against objectives

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in antipsychotic or bi-polar sales
      - Proven track record of establishing new customer relationships and communicating technical information effectively
      - Strong sense of self-motivation and initiative with excellent decision-making judgment
      - Experience in navigating the telemedicine and virtual engagement landscape
      - Familiarity with compliance policies and procedures in the pharmaceutical industry
