      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Drive sales performance to meet or exceed sales forecasts within assigned territory by engaging with healthcare professionals and mental health community centers
      - Utilize assigned budgets effectively to achieve territory objectives while customizing client interactions based on their needs
      - Maintain an understanding of the local market and share insights with internal stakeholders
      - Collaborate with regional teams to develop and implement local business plans that align with corporate objectives
      - Provide timely and accurate management of sales data, customer objectives, and reporting responsibilities

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 2+ years of previous sales experience in pharmaceuticals, biologics, or medical device sales required; 3+ years preferred in specialty pharmaceuticals
      - Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university, along with a valid driver's license and safe driving record
      - Strong desire and passion for improving the lives of patients and caregivers
      - Must act with high integrity in accordance with compliance policies and procedures
      - Proven ability to adapt to evolving environments and overcome challenges

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in launching antipsychotic medications or working with bi-polar sales
      - Demonstrated success in establishing new customer relationships and communicating technical information to diverse audiences
      - Ability to analyze data and metrics to assess performance and identify new opportunities
      - Strong teamwork and cross-functional collaboration skills
