What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Promote and grow Neurocrine products within a specific geographic territory
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with healthcare providers and key stakeholders
- Execute territory sales strategies through in-person and virtual communications
- Identify and address territory-specific opportunities and barriers to product success
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal partners to drive product acceptance
What is Required (Qualifications):
- BS/BA degree in science or related field AND a minimum of 4 years of commercial pharma/biotech experience, including 3+ years in specialty pharmaceutical or related sales
- Strong understanding of healthcare regulatory environments and proven sales success
- Ability to lead and work within cross-functional teams
- Proficiency with sales platforms and business intelligence tools such as Salesforce.com
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in psychiatry, neurology, or antipsychotic sales
- Knowledge of specialty pharmacy distribution and payer requirements
- Master's degree in science or related field with 2+ years of relevant experience
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in fast-paced, performance-based environments
