What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network issues
- Monitor enterprise infrastructure, including applications and services
- Engage with internal and external support teams for incident resolution
- Coordinate the resolution of IT-related outages and issues
- Maintain and update support tickets and documentation
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field; OR High school diploma or GED with 6+ years of relevant experience
- Must be a U.S. citizen and able to obtain Public Trust Clearance
- Ability to provide rotating site support (24x7) in a high-paced environment
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and other Office applications
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with ServiceNow Incident, Problem, and Change Management
- Hands-on experience with infrastructure monitoring and management solutions such as Splunk, SolarWinds, or Dynatrace
- Previous customer service experience
- Good problem-solving skills and ability to think abstractly to resolve issues
