What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct video visits for primary care patients presenting with acute complaints
- Assist with after-hours calls and escalations from RNs
- Manage in-basket communications and patient inquiries
- Provide care for patients of all ages in a hybrid work environment
- Collaborate with a team of physicians and advanced practitioners in a supportive setting
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 1-3 years of previous Advanced Practitioner experience in a Primary Care or Urgent setting
- Valid Missouri license required with additional licenses for Arkansas, Kansas, Illinois, and Oklahoma to be obtained
- Availability for hybrid work, requiring a minimum of 90 days in the office before transitioning to remote work
- Proficiency in Epic EMR system
- Strong commitment to quality patient care

- Experience in a virtual care setting
- Familiarity with managing patient care across multiple states
- Additional certifications or specializations in primary care or urgent care
- Demonstrated leadership or collaborative skills in a healthcare setting
