What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Engage with customers to address needs and educate stakeholders about oncology products
- Collaborate with team members to achieve or exceed assigned sales goals
- Analyze market trends and customer patterns to develop effective sales strategies
- Build and maintain business relationships with key stakeholders in the oncology community
- Ensure a consistent customer experience by collaborating with internal teams and sharing insights
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree with at least 6 years of sales experience, or a high school diploma with at least 8 years of equivalent experience
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel as required, including overnight travel of 10-15%
- Experience in the healthcare/scientific field, with a strong preference for oncology-related experience
- Ability to reside within a reasonable distance to the assigned territory
- Strong understanding of oncology treatment options and the multidisciplinary care team
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 2+ years of oncology field-based sales experience
- Documented history of strong performance in sales or clinical oncology roles
- Familiarity with complex buying environments, including group purchasing organizations and specialty pharmacies
- Previous experience in account management and customer relationship management
