What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide immediate email and phone responses to all eLeads from the employer's website and third-party sources
- Convert "Live Chat" inquiries into on-site appointments through prompt responses
- Qualify eLeads and follow up multiple times to secure appointments with on-site Salespersons
- Maintain a database of eLeads through CRM and manage ongoing email campaigns
- Monitor website data and provide reporting on eLead activity and sales conversion rates
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's Degree preferred in marketing or related business field
- Minimum of two years of sales/marketing experience, preferably in real estate marketing or the homebuilding industry
- Advanced experience with internet, email, and sales contact CRM systems
- Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office, Excel, Outlook, and CRM management
- Atlanta Real Estate License required
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in real estate marketing or the homebuilding industry
- Proficiency in overcoming sales objections and concerns
- Typing speed of 45 WPM or higher
- Exceptional email writing and telephone communication skills
- Ability to work in an unstructured environment and manage multiple projects with minimal supervision
