What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Prepare, manage, and maintain surgical equipment and disposable products for procedures
- Support operating room teams by anticipating device needs and providing timely equipment adjustments
- Troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues to ensure high service reliability
- Collaborate with clinical partners to deliver excellent service and maintain strong relationships
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with safety and privacy standards
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 0+ years of related work experience
- Ability to work rotating schedules, including on-call, overnight, and weekend shifts
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally and 20 lbs frequently
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and time-management skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor's or Associate's degree, or equivalent certifications
- 1+ year of experience in customer service or clinical support
- Knowledge of anatomy, surgical procedures, and instrumentation
- HSPA/CRCST certification (required within 6 months for Sterile Processing roles)
