What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Partner with Success leadership to define department strategy and establish priorities
- Collaborate with various teams to design and maintain key metrics that drive business decisions
- Lead cross-functional initiatives affecting the Success department, including technology implementations
- Create a vision and roadmap for Customer Success technology in partnership with leadership
- Promote operational excellence by optimizing organizational systems and processes
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer success operations with progressive responsibility
- Strong executive presence and ability to communicate complex topics effectively
- Proven ability to step into ongoing projects and provide effective leadership
- Experience with large transformation programs and foundational system infrastructure
- Analytical skills to manage initiatives utilizing standard SaaS metrics
