      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Collaborate with multiple clients in the CPG/eCommerce space to ensure seamless order fulfillment and inventory management
      - Process and manage EDI transactions and troubleshoot order flow issues
      - Track inventory levels, analyze sales trends, and forecast demand for procurement
      - Maintain and update sales channel content on various web portals
      - Produce system reports to identify operational challenges and improve processes

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 2 years of experience in an e-commerce or CPG business
      - Proficiency in using web portals like Faire, Mable, and Amazon Seller Central
      - Strong multitasking and time-management skills
      - Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
      - Ability to maintain detailed records and notes for effective client transitions

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Familiarity with order lifecycle management from placement to returns
      - Experience with troubleshooting shipping and delivery issues
      - Fluency in a second language is a plus
      - Knowledge of ERP software such as NetSuite or Cin7
