      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Serve as the interim Executive Director at senior living communities facing vacancies or operational challenges
      - Partner with community teams to improve occupancy, financial performance, and resident satisfaction
      - Assist in onboarding, mentoring, and training newly hired Executive Directors
      - Provide ongoing coaching and leadership training to existing Executive Directors
      - Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations and corporate policies

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Proven leadership experience as an Executive Director in a senior living environment, including assisted living, memory care, and independent living
      - Strong understanding of senior living regulations, financial management, and operational best practices
      - Experience in coaching, training, and mentoring leadership teams
      - Ability to travel and work in various communities, sometimes for extended periods
      - Strong problem-solving, communication, and decision-making skills
