      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Prepare materials such as board presentations, practice communications, and minutes for ACO board meetings
      - Coordinate key events such as ACO retreats, ACO kick-offs, and ACO board meetings for providers and field teams
      - Assist in designing and implementing a range of key reports (financial reports, KPIs) using relevant business intelligence and customer relationship management tools
      - Monitor compliance activities
      - Support the Market President / Executive Director and field team on special projects and data requests

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree plus 1 to 3 years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
      - Ability to travel up to 10% across the year for team retreats and events
      - Ability to sit for prolonged periods and extensive keyboard use
