What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Oversee overall project management and administration, establishing project-specific objectives and policies
- Serve as the primary liaison between the employer and clients, providing management and guidance to subordinate managers
- Ensure project execution adheres to design, budget, and schedule through effective oversight
- Lead ICT design for ISP and OSP infrastructure, including planning, cost estimating, and construction management
- Propose solutions to complex problems and manage multiple projects and designers
What is Required (Qualifications):
- BA/BS degree in a Technology or related field from an accredited college/university plus 8 years of relevant experience
- 8+ years of design experience with ICT infrastructure
- Proven experience in project management
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and manage multiple tasks
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Registered Communication Distribution Designer (RCDD) - BICSI
- Outside Plant Specialist (OSP) - BICSI
- Proficiency in software products such as Revit, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Project
- Experience managing Subsurface Utility Engineering (SUE) in accordance with ASCE standards
- Previous work with international telecom projects and multi-stakeholder engagements
