What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Drive sales through outbound call campaigns and achieve monthly assigned sales goals
- Provide an exceptional member experience with each member interaction
- Source and develop leads while consistently following up on leads and unsold quotes via phone and email
- Utilize sales skills to upsell products based on the members' individual needs
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain member retention
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum of 1-2 years' direct work experience in an inside or outside sales capacity
- Self-motivated and results-driven
- Ability to build and maintain lasting relationships with members
- Exceptional verbal communication skills

- Excellent multitasking and computer skills
- Successful completion of criminal, education, and employment background screening
