      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Perform inside sales from the branch office during training and transition to outside sales in residential areas
      - Visit potential buyers through door-knocking, clover-leafing, and referral programs
      - Measure and price areas to be serviced accurately
      - Explain the benefits and features of services offered and set realistic customer expectations
      - Compile lists of potential customers based on various resources for future sales leads

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma or GED
      - Valid driver’s license and an acceptable 3-year driving record (subject to review and approval by an insurance company)
      - Ability to pass drug screening and background check
      - Strong sales ability and excellent communication skills
      - Detail-oriented with self-management capabilities

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Previous sales experience or background in customer service
      - Knowledge of turf types, weed types, and growth habits
