      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Drive sales growth in the West/Rockies region for Heat Trace products, systems, and services
      - Nurture relationships and support all aspects of the sales process with customers
      - Develop proposals and perform basic thermal calculations for effective heating solutions
      - Manage the order cycle, including order entry, approval drawings, and material returns authorizations
      - Monitor sales and bookings for assigned accounts

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - At least 2+ years of experience in outside sales and/or within the service industry
      - A Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical, Chemical, or Electrical Engineering is preferred; other technical degrees may be considered
      - Self-motivated and results-oriented with a proven track record of exceeding sales goals
      - Excellent organization, documentation, and communication skills
      - Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across departments to achieve goals

      - Proven ability to think creatively and resolve project-related issues promptly
