      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Generate profitable business by developing your assigned territory and implementing sales plans
      - Leverage cold-calling and closing skills to expand an existing portfolio
      - Maintain and grow the current customer base while building the national branding identity
      - Collaborate with a team to ensure exceptional customer service and satisfaction
      - Manage projects effectively to support business development and customer retention

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 4-year college degree in related field with at least 1 year of related experience or 3-4 years of related sales experience
      - Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
      - Must be at least 21 years of age
      - Strong project management and customer retention skills
      - Effective communication and negotiation abilities

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Knowledge of ground protection, construction, or specialty industrial equipment
      - Bilingual (Spanish) skills may be preferred in some locations
      - Previous experience in roles such as Account Manager, Rental Sales, or Customer Service Representative
