      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Utilize excellent communication and networking skills to nurture relationships and drive sales growth
      - Develop proposals and perform basic thermal calculations for effective heating solutions
      - Manage the order cycle, including order entry, approval drawings, and material return authorizations
      - Assist in reclaiming previous business while managing and growing sales within a defined customer list
      - Monitor sales and bookings for assigned accounts

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 2+ years of experience in outside sales and/or the service industry
      - Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical, Chemical, or Electrical Engineering preferred; other technical degrees are considered
      - Self-motivated and results-oriented with a proven track record of exceeding sales goals
      - Ability to collaborate effectively across departments to meet goals and deadlines
      - Excellent organization, documentation, and communication skills

      - Experience in the electrical process heating industry or related fields
      - Proven problem-solving skills and creative thinking abilities
