What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Build and launch Search, Display, and Performance Max campaigns for B2C and B2B clients
- Manage daily optimization of high-volume Google Ads campaigns, including bid adjustments and A/B testing
- Execute and optimize campaigns on Meta and LinkedIn platforms
- Troubleshoot tracking issues and maintain campaign documentation and performance reports
- Provide marketing automation support as needed, including building email workflows and troubleshooting automation issues
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 5+ years of hands-on paid advertising execution, specifically with Google Ads
- Proven experience managing campaigns with budgets of $50K+/month for B2C lead generation or B2B professional services
- Proficiency in Meta Ads campaign execution and optimization
- Strong analytical skills, including experience with Google Analytics (GA4) and conversion tracking
- Portfolio/examples of previous work required, showcasing hands-on campaign execution
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with LinkedIn Ads for B2B campaign execution
- Familiarity with marketing automation platforms like GoHighLevel and HubSpot
- Google Ads certifications in Search, Display, Shopping, or Video
- Background in agency or multi-client environments
- Knowledge of reporting tools such as Looker Studio or Power BI
