      We are seeking a skilled Paid Media Analyst to optimize and execute our paid media strategies across digital platforms, including but not limited to search engines, social media, and digital advertising platforms. This role requires strong analytical skills, a track record in campaign management, the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, and eager to contribute to our continued success.

      Key Responsibilities:
      • Works with the Digital Marketing Manager to manage all aspects of paid media campaigns, including campaign setup, implementation of audience targeting, creative development, ad copywriting, and performance analysis.
      • Develop and execute initiatives to engage target audiences and achieve business objectives, including increasing foot traffic, online orders, and brand loyalty.
      • Utilize data-driven insights to optimize campaign performance and drive continuous improvement.
      • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align paid media efforts with overall marketing objectives.
      • Monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), manage budgets, and troubleshoot and resolve campaign issues.
      • Stay up to date with platform updates, algorithm changes, and industry regulations to ensure compliance and adapt strategies accordingly.


      Qualifications:
      • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or related field.
      • 2+ years of experience in paid media management. Prefer prior experience in a fast-paced environment or within the restaurant/hospitality industry.
      • Proven track record in managing campaigns across multiple digital channels, such as, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, and Display Advertising.
      • Strong analytical and communication skills.
      • Proficiency in digital advertising platforms and tools (Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, Google Analytics) and familiarity with ad management tools and technologies.


      Location: This position is remote. Selected candidate must be willing to work Arizona business hours (M-F, 8-5). May entail some infrequent travel (estimate 2 times per year) to the Scottsdale, AZ corporate office.
