What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Professionally handle incoming calls and greet callers with a friendly tone
- Provide and request necessary information, transfer calls, or take messages as needed
- Utilize state-of-the-art call processing systems and tools to prioritize customer needs
- Ensure accurate collection and relay of messages for clients
- Maintain good attendance and meet performance expectations
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must possess a welcoming voice with an upbeat tone
- Strong command of the English language with good spelling and grammar
- Computer skills in a Windows-based environment
- Ability to type 35 words per minute or more
- Must have broadband Internet and a Windows PC or laptop with a direct Ethernet connection
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bilingual in Spanish and/or French is a plus
- Previous customer service experience is beneficial, but not required
