What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and execute a regional partner strategy to drive new revenue growth
- Identify, recruit, and onboard new partners while nurturing existing relationships
- Collaborate with internal teams to create partner programs and sales enablement tools
- Conduct regular business reviews with partners to assess performance and set goals
- Represent the company at industry events and maintain accurate documentation for compliance
What is Required (Qualifications):
- BA/BS degree required
- 8+ years of quota-carrying experience in partner management or business development
- Proven experience with hyperscalers, technology alliances, and system integrators
- Strong understanding of the Data and AI market dynamics
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with databases and AI technologies
- Previous sales methodology training (e.g., MEDDIC, SPIN, Challenger Sales)
- Proven track record of overachievement in sales targets
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities
