      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Follow up on accounts receivable for assigned work queues and miscellaneous reports
      - Contact insurance companies, patients, and employers to resolve outstanding claims
      - Provide documentation to support claim processing, including medical records and itemized statements
      - Maintain timely follow-up systems and document accounts per organizational policies
      - Consult with leadership on complex claims and refer accounts for adjustment or legal action as needed

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School diploma or GED required
      - Less than one year of healthcare clerical or customer service experience preferred
      - Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
      - Proficient in Microsoft Office and ability to manage high-volume workloads
      - Basic understanding of medical coding, claims forms, and electronic processing

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Familiarity with payer requirements, coordination of benefits, and revenue cycle processes
      - Experience in a healthcare environment, particularly related to patient accounting or collections
