      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Accurately enter and process patient demographic information using billing software while adhering to compliance standards
      - Verify patient insurance through various resources to maximize reimbursement
      - Update and maintain accurate patient insurance and demographic records
      - Provide feedback to Claims Management Supervisor regarding billing process deficiencies or issues
      - Meet or exceed client service level agreements concerning turnaround times and compliance standards

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma
      - Minimum of one year of experience in a healthcare office, production, or clinical environment
      - Strong ability to learn new computer programs and software quickly
      - Excellent internal customer service skills and effective communication abilities
      - Detail-oriented with strong data entry skills and a focus on accuracy

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in EMS billing or healthcare revenue cycle management
      - Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and insurance claims processes
      - Prior experience with data entry and familiarity with EMS|MC billing software
      - Experience working with hospital databases such as EPIC
