      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Accurately track, post, and document all payments received in the Revenue Cycle process
      - Monitor reimbursement patterns and denial trends, reporting issues to the supervisor
      - Work independently, utilizing judgment according to financial procedures and policies
      - Collaborate with the Accounting Department to ensure proper balancing and ledger entries
      - Maintain confidentiality regarding patient account status and strive to meet billing metrics

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma required
      - Minimum of 1 year of Medical Billing Experience preferred
      - Ability to interpret financial reports and monitor reimbursement patterns
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Email functions
      - Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high accuracy in work

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in FQHC Billing
      - Demonstrated ability to multi-task and prioritize responsibilities effectively
      - Previous experience in a medical office billing environment
