      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Process semi-monthly and bi-weekly payrolls for multiple company entities
      - Partner with center/venue leadership to collect and validate timekeeping data each pay period
      - Ensure compliance with federal, state, local, and wage & hour laws and regulations
      - Prepare and maintain payroll records, reports, and documentation
      - Respond to employee payroll inquiries in a timely and professional manner

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 3 years proven work experience in payroll processing and compliance reporting
      - Associate's Degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field
      - Strong attention to detail with an analytical, numbers-oriented mindset
      - Knowledge of federal and multi-state labor laws
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and intermediate Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis, reporting)

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - FPC or CPP certification is a plus
      - Experience with Paycor is a plus
      - Knowledge of Canadian payroll and labor laws is preferred
      - Experience with Google Workspace is a plus
      - Strong problem-solving skills and solid understanding of payroll procedures
